Colin Peppard is a director from Monaghan, based between Belfast and Dublin. His work spans across documentaries, music videos and commercials.

Colin was selected for the Odense Film Festival’s Talent Camp 2025 and won a Kinsale Shark Award for Best Rock Video consecutively in 2025 and 2026. He was chosen as a finalist for the NeXt Documentary Fellowship, picked up a Special Mention at the Emerging Directors Awards, won Silver for Most Promising Music Video Director at the Creative Circle Awards and his short doc Muscle Bound was chosen for the Final Frame Fund by OkayStudio.

Colin’s debut documentary, My Friend, Kev, won Best Short Documentary at the Galway Film Fleadh. His most recent music video for Makeshift Art Bar featured on Directors’ Library, Rage ABC and Promonews, along with a full interview on Director’s Notes.

Colin is also currently developing his debut feature documentary, Close Enough, which was selected for the NI Screen Development Pitch at Docs Ireland 2026.
